Nothing is changed here
This page reports the state. Changing the plan does not happen here; that is the service provider's side.
The states mean different things
- Trialing — the full plan, with an end date.
- Active — a current subscription. With no renewal date, it does not expire.
- Grace — the renewal date has passed but nothing is blocked yet; a window to renew.
- Suspended — paid features are closed.
Features outside the plan are not hidden
A module your plan does not include is not removed from the menu. Its page opens and shows an upgrade message in place of the content.
That is deliberate: hiding makes features undiscoverable. So seeing a module in the menu does not mean it is available.
The real lock is on the server
The upgrade message is not just presentation; the same restriction applies to the operations themselves. Reaching the page's address another way unlocks nothing.
