Each discussion belongs to one course
Threads are not shared between courses. A student sees discussions only for courses they are enrolled in.
Posting requires an active enrolment
Someone whose enrolment was cancelled or has expired can no longer post. What they wrote before stays — the discussion history is not erased.
This is not the Community module
The Community module has its own public spaces and is unrelated to these threads. A course discussion is only for students of that course.
