Nothing is recorded here
There is nothing on these pages to edit. Every number is read from other modules — leads, contacts and customers from CRM; invoices and payments from Invoices.
So a number that looks wrong here is almost always reflecting data in the module it came from. Fix it there, and this page shows the correction immediately.
A zero does not always mean zero
Each part of these reports is read independently, and if the module behind it is not enabled on this install the result is zero rather than an error.
So a zero means one of two things: there genuinely is nothing, or that module is not installed here. If one section is permanently zero, check that first.
Revenue means money collected
The revenue figure is built from recorded payments, not from invoices whose status happens to be "paid".
The difference matters when an invoice has been partly settled: that money really did arrive and is counted here, even though the invoice is not fully paid.
Three pages, three different questions
Dashboard is the overall state. Funnel is where you are losing people. Revenue is when the money arrived and who it came from.
