Customer reviews on products are moderated here.
Nothing publishes itself
Every new review arrives as pending and is invisible on the product page until you approve it. A product's average rating is likewise built only from approved reviews.
Spam is set aside quietly
If a review's text exceeds the link limit or matches the blocked-word list, it is filed as spam rather than pending and stays in this queue.
The sender sees no difference — they are told it was submitted. That is deliberate, so a bot cannot learn what gets through the filter.

"Verified purchase" is applied by the system
The badge is not something you set: it appears automatically when the reviewer's email matches a paid order containing that product. Reviewing under a different address does not earn it.
One review per email, per product
Each email address may review a given product once. A second attempt is refused — so if a customer says their review never arrived, they most likely already left one that is still awaiting approval.
